Relationship with Self

I’ve spent a lot of time speaking about relationships with others. And yes, I have been directing the responsibility 100% back on ourselves for being at the cause of everything. Now it’s time to focus on the self. For if we don’t get clear on who we are and what our vision of our life is, we will aimlessly get involved with others that are not necessarily in alignment with our values, interests, wants, needs, and purpose. Environment is everything. When we get clear on who we are, then we can create and be in environments that are consistent with us. Yes, relationships create an environment of energy. So, what is your vision, your purpose? What do you stand for? What’s important to you? What type of difference do you want to make? What do you want to contribute? If you are unclear on any of these questions, I invite you to take a seminar, investigate therapy, hire a coach, read self awareness books, etc. Another helpful method is to be still and meditate regularly. It is in stillness that we spend time with ourselves thinking less and being more. Who we are being is the key to what we want to do and what we want to have. So nurture yourself. Invest in yourself. Fall in Love with yourself! Then witness the magic of who is drawn to you. Relationships will form with freedom and ease. And your soul-mate may appear right around the corner! Have fun Loving yourself.

Gratitude,

Rusty
