The Power of Relationship Acknowledgement

Acknowledgement is a form of gratitude. It’s magical because the focus is off you and on the person you are acknowledging. We all too often look at what’s wrong, or what could be better, instead of what’s right in our lives. This is part of our culture, our media. This many times gets projected in our relationships where we concentrate on what’s missing with the other person or blaming them for something. Everybody wants to be acknowledged and validated. Look at the good qualities of people you are in relationship with. And then be in communication with them and share what’s awesome about them. Let them know what a special place they represent in your life. Then watch their eyes light up and witness the birth of a smile. Do this everyday with friends, family, lovers, and strangers. Remember strangers are friends you just haven’t met yet. do this along with your gratitude list everyday and watch for magic and miracles to ripple through you, to others, then to more others, and then back to you. What a cool way to request from the universe that we stand as one Loving relationship with the human race. Let the fun begin!

I conceive this web site has some very superb info for everyone. “There is nothing so disagreeable, that a patient mind cannot find some solace for it.” by Lucius Annaeus Seneca.
