DESCRIPTION:Cuddle Party is a fun and playful non-sexual\, nurturing touch workshop in which you can practice communication and boundary setting. It can help to enhance all of your relationships and allow you to learn even more about yourself. It is for adults who come dressed in pj’s or other comfy clothes and in the 3 hours we have together\, you can practice saying yes to what you want\, no to what you don’t want and be open to changing your mind. I’ve been consuming healthy jucing since early April and feel great! \nFor those of you not going away for the holiday weekend\, and looking for a social event\, I am hosting a Pot Luck BBQ Open House Party and Drum Circle on Saturday July 1st from 4pm-10pm! Everthing will be open for one big party for socializing\, drumming\, dance\, music\, sharing food\, and fun!!! The air conditioned studio will be open for relaxing\, quiet\, cuddling\, or healing on a soundtable with a magnetic healing pad. Later on as the sun starts to set we will light the fire pit and drum away! This is an open forum drum circle so no prior experience required. We drum together in improvisation resonating with oneness. \nPlease bring a healthy dish to share or something to throw on the grill. DESCRIPTION:Happy Hazy Lazy Days of Summer my Friends! \nCome experience the energy of Reiki for the first time\, or share the universal energy with other Reiki practitioners. This is a great place to practice your Reiki skills. Bring a table if you have one. The first part is a Reiki Share from 3-5pm. The second part is a Shamanic Reiki Group Healing from 5-6pm. \nAnd then the third part is a party/soiree and drum circle around the fire pit from 6-10pm. \nCome drum\, dance\, and socialize Saturday July 30th\, 6-10:00 pm or later! We will be drumming\, dancing\, and socializing around the fire pit\, weather permitting. I have gotten clearance from my surgeon to drum again! YAY! Come out\, celebrate\, meet friends\, and drum around the fire. My sacred studio will also be open for socializing\, Reiki\, cuddling\, etc. Please bring a dish to share or something to throw on the grill. BYOB responsibly please!
