Hell: Anchored To Our Recurring Past

Now that’s a bit of a strong statement. However, if you tied an anchor around your ankle and threw yourself in the ocean, you would sink to the bottom and drown. How many of you feel or think you’re drowning as reoccuring events happen over and over and over again? What is interesting is that many times that is just what we expect. And, that is what we get. Said differently, when we create a space that already is filled with the expected result, there is no way to create something different. We need to empty the space so to say like an unused blank canvas. This gives us the power and freedom to cause a different action and result in our life. So when you are getting upset about something happening over and over and over again. Become present and aware, and then, give it up. Shift your way of being. Take action in spite of the past. Be uncomfortable. Take risk. Do anything but what you have been doing that doesn’t work, that creates an eternal groundhog day. Don’t you think it’s time to untie the anchor. Whether you do or you don’t just know that it is your choice. Now choose.

Gratitude,

Rusty
